Partnership Status Process
Our institutional partnerships progress through a structured five-stage process, from initial engagement to final completion. Each stage represents a critical milestone in establishing and operationalizing our strategic relationships. Below is a detailed overview of each status stage:
The partnership has been formally initiated with initial discussions and preliminary agreements. Both parties have expressed mutual interest and have begun the foundational planning phase.
Active negotiations and detailed planning are underway. This stage involves comprehensive due diligence, technical assessments, and the development of partnership frameworks and operational procedures.
Legal documentation and formal agreements are being finalized and prepared for execution. Both parties are reviewing contract terms, compliance requirements, and preparing for official signature.
Technical integration and operational setup are in progress. This phase includes system connectivity, API integrations, testing protocols, and the establishment of operational workflows between partners.
The partnership is fully operational and all integration processes have been successfully completed. The partnership is live, functional, and delivering on all agreed-upon objectives and services.
